Recovery begins

Governor Andy Beshear came to offer assistance to Knott County on Sunday and spoke to local officials and others at the Knott County Sportsplex. Countywide efforts are being coordinated at that facility, and FEMA has opened a mobile center there which is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Photo by Shelia Hicks Seals)
