All local retail rates are noncommissionable.
Net account to be paid in full by 15th of the following month
-- no cash discounts given.
4. Advertising Rate Policy
Advertising given rate for 60 days, unless contract with said
advertiser states otherwise.
Advertisers failing to pay their bill within 60 days are forfeited
any discount rate and will be charged the full open rate.
Ad cancellation must be made with newspaper by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday
before Wednesday publication. If the staff has already constructed
the ad, the advertiser will be charged with 25 percent of the
cost of the ad.
15 percent premium will be accepted to guarantee page placement.
No ads placed on page 4 the editorial page.
Publisher reserves the right to refuse or cancel ads.

Open rate -- $4.50 per column inch.
National display rate -- $5.65 per column inch.

13. Contract & Copy Regulations
In event of error, liability is only the cost of the ad. Minor
errors in ad will cause newspaper to make partial reduction in
ad billing.

Ad deadline is Monday at 4 p.m.
If paper can extend deadline to noon Tuesday to accommodate advertiser
an additional 15% fee may be charged.
